We require a non-refundable deposit of
1000 Euro/1500 US$ per hunter and
500 Euro/750 US$ per non-hunter. The booking will only
be confirmed when we have received this payment. The deposit can be
transferred to a substitute hunter.
We
prefer to be paid in cash or Travelers Cheque, however,
arrangements can be made with our local bank for you to pay
via credit card as well. A fee of 5% will be assessed
by the local bank for credit card transactions.
All
payments must be made before
leaving the farm.
Please note:
Injured game, which is not found after tracking
will be accounted for as hunted and will be charged in full.
Full prices will be charged for abnormal
trophies
We recommend comprehensive travel, medical and
accident insurance, as well as, baggage insurance which should cover
your rifle
We cannot be held liable for possible losses,
injuries, damages, accidents or delays.
FireArm Transportation:
You can transport both your rifles and
ammunition as checked in baggage at the airport. There
are a few known/viable routes to connect through from other
countries to Namibia. They are via:

Your weapons will/may get confiscated or delayed.
Semi-automatic
weapons and handguns are not allowed to be brought into
Namibia by foreigners.
Shipment and Exportation of Trophies
Emantumba can take
care of your shipping and export licenses. We work
with a local taxidermist to take care of these arrangements
with a broker and shipper. Our taxidermist can also
take care of your mounts as well. Our prices are
typically better than those outside Namibia.
